The signed release ledger
Every Gitfence release is signed and linked to the one before it, with the digests of the files we shipped. Enterprise and self-hosted customers receive the full release record: changes, test results, dependencies and audit findings.
Published chain head
Each entry includes the hash of the one before it. If any past entry were changed, this value and every later link would no longer match.
